Vegan Toffee is our same wonderful recipe except for our vegan butter. We use, pure cane sugar from Hawaii and we have researched many different vegan butter. from, Earth mama, Oat butter alternative, Land O Lakes, Earth balance, Wild creamery, Earth Balance Vegan Omega 3 and have finally narrowed it down after many attempts to find the right dairy substitute, we have come up with what we feel to be the best alternative replacement that allows us to work with the combination of 300° sugar and vegan butter to come up with our vegan toffee. Like a Professional Chef & a Candy Maker, I am very picky to the point of, if it is not right, It won’t make it to the display case or out the door or even share it with our friends. It has to meld together properly, and it has taken a lot of trial and error to come up with the right blend. I truly hope you enjoy our new vegan English Toffee!!!

Absolutely melt in your mouth delicious. I sampled this, out of curiosity, and couldn’t believe it was vegan. I’m not vegan but bought some anyway because it was that delicious!
