Vegan brittle is our same wonderful recipe except for our vegan butter. We use red-skin Georgia peanuts, pure cane sugar from the Hawaii and we have researched many different vegan butters. from, Earth mama, Oat butter alternative, Land O Lakes, Earth balance, Wild creamery, Miyoko’s, Earth Balance Vegan Omega 3 and have finally narrowed it down after many attempts to find the right dairy substitute, we have come up with what we feel to be the best alternative replacement that allows us to work with the combination of 300° sugar and a vegan butter to come up with our vegan peanut brittle and our vegan English Toffee. As a Professional Chef & a Candy Maker, I am very picky to the point of will not use it if it is not right, I don’t want a greasy, oily texture on product that were enjoying. It has to meld together properly, and it has taken a lot of trial and error to come up with the right blend. I truly hope you enjoy our new vegan English Toffee!!!
