At Chef Gregory’s Ventures, he’s always innovating and creating new ways to make whimsical treats! Chef Gregory Kalatsky was originally trained in the kitchens of Laguna Beach, CA and then off to The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) where he learned the Culinary Arts of Pastry and Savory Cuisines. After that his tutelage began in Europe by the same chef that trained Wolfgang Puck in a three-star Michelin restaurant/ hotel. His love of confections grew as his training continued throughout Europe into Germany, France, and Italy. Now we get to enjoy some of his wonderful creations here at Gourmet Me Now!!!
