Chocolate Puddle Brownie Cake
Welcome to Chef Gregory’s Confectioners corner, this chocolate puddle brownie cake is made with the freshest ingredients. We use: Sweet cream butter, semi-sweet chocolate, dark chocolate, roasted pecans, eggs, heavy cream, sugar, cocoa powder and a couple of other secret ingredients from the dairy section.
This cake weighs approximately 2 3/4 pounds, and will generously feed eight people, You can get 10 slices out of this cake and still be successful. I would just recommend serving some ice cream along with it and some coffee , this works extremely well.
And for those of you in the wine country, this cake goes exceptionally good with Cabernet and Zinfandel if you like to mix wine and chocolate.
This cake comes vacuum packed Anne can stay in your freezer up to four months no problem and still taste just as good as the day you got it.
